How we work
We're a small company on purpose. Small means every person has real ownership, direct access to customers, and influence over the direction of the product. There's no layer of management between you and the work.
We build access management, compliance, and production software for teams who need things to actually work in the real world. The problems are real, and the feedback loop is short — you'll see your work in production, not buried in a backlog.
We're based in Michigan but remote-first. We don't track hours or require camera-on standups. We care about clear communication, reliable delivery, and people who can manage their own time.
